FAQ's

How long do we take to ship? All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, but may take an additional 1-2 business days during special sales and times of high volume. Once item is shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped out that following Monday. 

 

Do we provide tracking information for your package? Yes we do! From the moment we fulfill your order, you will receive an email with clickable tracking info so you know where your package is at all times. Please note that once we hand custody of the package to the courier (USPS), we do not control the route your package takes. If your package becomes lost, we ask you contact your local post office before contact Sencilla Jewels.

 

Policy 

Like most jewelry store, all sales are FINAL. Once purchase is made, there are no refunds or exchanges. Any issues with an item must be raised via email within 48 hours of reported delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final. 

 

Jewelry Care and Maintenance

Please follow these simple steps to ensure the length of your jewelry's life span and have it looking its best: Apply beauty products such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners. If jewelry does become wet, blot dry using a clean soft cloth right away. When jewelry is completely dry, store in airtight container. Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing. Place a piece of chalk in your jewelry box. This helps absorb moisture, which will slow down the process of tarnishing.
